Commercial Motor Vehicle Compliance

CSA Compliance Review

A review of your fleet CSA results validates the accuracy of the data while increasing compliance.

DataQ

DataQs allow organizations to review Federal and State issued citations for accuracy. LP101 has worked with organizations to address incomplete or incorrect data released by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Roadside Inspection Packet

We have developed a proven roadside inspection kit to ensure drivers are prepared to pass a DOT roadside inspection.

Pre/Post Trip Inspections

An accurate vehicle inspection ensures the viability of your fleet. Proper driver training and supervisor training can improve your CSA compliance results.

Driver Qualification File Audit

PRIOR to allowing a new driver to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle on behalf of Kauffman Tire. These documents comprise the Driver Qualification File in accordance with FMCSR requirements.

Hours of Service (HOS) Audit

Carriers using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) are not relieved of the responsibility to perform audits to ensure they comply with DOT HOS requirements.
